Также многим пользователям не слишком нравится примитивный интерфейс. С другой стороны, он требует минимум ресурсов и не «тормозит» даже на старых компьютерах. Общее мнение большей части пользователей положительное. Проблемные ситуации возникают чаще всего из-за того, что клиент просто не изучил условия и правила работы сервиса. Редкие системные сбои из-за хакерских атак или нарушения работы серверов исправляются оперативно.

Ограничения для клиента
Ограничения и лимиты зависят от выбранного платежа или перевода. Например, если нужно перевести деньги с карты так, чтобы другой человек получил их на почте наличными, будут действовать следующие ограничения:
- Минимальная сумма: 100 рублей.
- Максимальная сумма: 15 тысяч рублей.
- Комиссия за операцию составит: 2,45% от суммы. Минимум снимут 60 рублей.
Для переводов же с карту на карту установлены такие ограничения:
- Один перевод: не более 50 тысяч рублей и не менее 1500 рублей.
- За месяц нельзя отправить больше 600 тысяч рублей или 50 тысяч долларов США.
- В сутки сумма перевода для клиентов Русский Стандарт не может быть больше 5000 долларов США.
Аналогичные ограничения действуют и в случае с другими типами платежей или переводов. Прежде чем подтверждать операцию рекомендуется убедиться, что сумма соответствует требованиям. В противном случае система самостоятельно его отклонит.

Платеж с банковской карты
На сайте РС Экспресс есть огромный выбор вариантов платежей на все случаи жизни. Это, с одной стороны, удобно. С другой же – найти нужный вид платежа достаточно сложно из-за их большого количества. В последней ситуации можно воспользоваться встроенной системой поиска. Достаточно просто указать название компании, счет которой нужно оплатить, либо другие данные, достаточные для идентификации. Найти меню поиска несложно, оно доступно прямо на стартовой странице:

Так как вариантов платежей очень много, приведем лишь основные категории, на которые они разбиты:
- Мобильная связь.
- Городской телефон.
- Интернет.
- Виртуальная карта.
- Штрафы и пошлины.

- Перевод на карту.
- Перевод наличными и другие.
Перевод денег с помощью РС Экспресс
Одна из самых популярных возможностей данного сервиса – перевод с карты на карту. Примечательно, что действуют достаточно интересные тарифы, что позволяет совершить подобные операции с минимальной переплатой.
- При переводе на дебетовую карту банка Русский Стандарт комиссия не взимается вне зависимости от того, совершается перевод с карту РС или любой другой финансовой организации.
- Перевод с карт RS на карту другого банка: от 1,2 до 1,9% от суммы, в зависимости от типа платежного средства.
- Перевод с карт других банков на счета в других же банках: 1,5% от суммы.
Например, если нужно отправить 10 тысяч рублей, то переплата составит всего лишь около 120-190 рублей. Более того, есть возможность переводить деньги даже на те карты, которые выпущены иностранными банками. Комиссия – 2%.
Пошаговая инструкция
Для совершения перевода не нужно нигде регистрироваться и никуда заходить. Достаточно быть владельцем карты банка Русский Стандарт:
- Выбрать в левом меню раздел «Перевести деньги»:
Выбрать, будет ли перевод осуществляться в пределах РФ или за ее пределы.
Ввести сумму платежа.
Указать адрес электронной почты плательщика.
Выбрать, будет ли перевод осуществляться с карты РС или другого банка.
Ввести проверочный код.
Подтвердить информацию.
Ввести данные карты плательщика и получателя:
Нажать на кнопку «Перевести».
